PlushCare is a virtual primary care and telemedicine platform, VC-backed (Transformation Capital, GGV Capital, and Lightspeed) and acquired by Accolade (NASDAQ: ACCD). Improved new user acquisition conversion by 67% over 4 years, helping generate $50M+ in revenue. Led product and design on a 0-1 iOS and Android native app rebuild, earning a 4.9 app store rating and 90 NPS. Launched and scaled the subscription membership program, and led strategy and entry into mental health and weight loss categories.
